Our Story

''Am I going to focus on the half-empty glass, or will I focus on half full glass''?

Life has gifted me with many insights, but there’s one lesson I’ve been cherishing for years and continue to discover its beautiful layers: “Every challenge, every high and low, has shown me that with intuition and purposeful manifestations, I have the innate ability to resonate deeply with my true self.”

Every one of us faces ups and downs. Embracing change is life’s only constant, we realize that our outlook and the paths we choose truly define our story. A “Am I going to focus on the half-empty glass, or will I focus on half full glass?”

You know, I’ve walked a path similar to many of you out there. “I have lived through a series of striking ups and downs. I was cradled in the warmth of a simple, steady childhood, only to face hurdles as I stepped into adulthood. Everyone has their struggles, and during my 20s and 40s, mine were particularly painful; every achievement I earned came as a result of persistence with grit, determination, willpower, and a need to prove myself over and over. And while I’ve been blessed with deep bonds – with family, friends, and colleagues – my heart has also weathered the storms of pain in the relationships I held closest.”

The feeling of hitting rock bottom or a similar close experience has happened to many of us, including me.There’ve been nights when I’ve sat and thought: Amidst all the tears and challenges, how did I pull myself together, achieve financial stability, and single handedly ensure my kids walked the halls of a university?

In my conversations and deep dives into people’s journeys, one phrase kept popping up: ‘Inner Skills.’ It’s that inner anchor and toolkit that lets us not just survive, but thrive amidst external challenges and diverse characters around us. Driven by curiosity, I examined my life and identified skills I gained at different phases, how they aided me, and pondered what I missed that might have added more joy.

Everyone’s journey is unique. What we cultivate during our Childhood defines our character , distinguishing us. Being open-minded and eager to grow accelerates our journey compared to those who remain closed off.

This revelation led me to another deep dive, breaking down life’s journey into three distinct phases and after years of relentless dedication and effort, the JOY MOVEMENT was born.
